1. My beautiful children and how much joy they bring me by simply being themselves and being happy. They show me love and affection unconditionally. I am so grateful for my children. They are light in my life and a true gift and blessing. I give thanks for my children.
2. To have bought my own property and to be able to just relax and be in my property. To have laid down the floors and to have space to relax and meditate, also be with my family. I am so happy and grateful to have bought my own property.
3. My work. I love the work I do. I am able to help people who are in a worse off situation than myself in their own minds. I am so happy and grateful for the gift of experience and growth I have already been through.
4. I am grateful for my travels. I have seen some amazing places. I am so happy and grateful that I have been able to experience and enjoy places like China, England, Arizona and Europe. Thanks that this is so (that goes to God).
5. I am very happy and grateful that I have found a way to live a more peaceful and happy life than 10 years ago where I was struggling and could not find the purpose in life to live happily or gratefully at all. I am so happy how my life has turned out 10 years on. Thank you thank you thank you!

I am particularly grateful for the show I watched today about an American doctor who carried out festivals of eye surgery in Tibet and helped many people regain their site and wouldn’t take discrimination from Chinese authorities in some instances. Thanks for the emotional connection and inspiration that I felt whilst watching this.
8. Thank you for my manager in my current work that she is supportive, inspiring and positive. Thank you that she believes in me at times where I don’t and has terrific skill in motivating and disarming both clients and other members of staff when it is called for.
9. Thank you for my education that I have been gifted by amazing teachers in my life and opportunities to develop myself academically in ways that have inspired and challenged me. Thank you for the future plan I have for possibly going back in to the medical field and retraining as a doctor. Thank you for the contacts and references in advance.
10. I am grateful for the opportunities that regularly present themselves to me, such as to relocate to another city and go back in to education, memories of abundant times gone by and happiness as well as present moment happiness and a harmonious relationship with my family and children.
11. I am grateful for having a car which I can use to transport myself and my family and that this car has functioned perfectly since I bought it. I am also grateful for the price at which I bought this car and that I recently discovered it has air conditioning that cools and freshens the air inside it for myself and others.
12. I am grateful for how my house has been painted by my wife and that I have been able to create something out of “nothing” by redecorating the house. I am also grateful for the windows and front door which have been replaced and look the best on the road.
13 I am grateful for my fish and how much pleasure they have been in being part of the family and in being strong survivors against the odds and giving me hope that one day I will be able to release him/her in to a park pond in future.
14. I am grateful for the chocolate that I’ve been able to buy at wholesale price and how much pleasure it has brought myself and my wife to enjoy it in moderation.
15. I am grateful for my websites and blogs and for the revenue and success they have brought me so far and for the skills and ability that I’ve been able to develop and exploit in this regard.
16. Grateful for 3 full and abundant meals every day and never a lack. I am happy and grateful for this great gift.
17. Spirituality, church, meditation, spiritual teachers and groups and the great peace and happiness these things bring both to me personally and to others.
18. Techniques, processes and technology to change and empower myself and others and that I can teach these to others also. I am grateful for how I’ve been able to turn around situations that have presented as challenging by employing techniques.
19. Friends and family that I can talk to and spend time with. I am grateful for the love in my family.
20. I am grateful for where I grew up, near the sea and in a quiet town. I am grateful for my school, for my mother and grandparents particularly.
21. To have friends I have known since I was about 3 years old and that we maintain support and contact between each other and that we love each other and want the best for each other. And that we know each other so deeply, that we can give each other the best advice and support because we’ve known each other for so long and know each other so well from growing up together. I am so grateful for this now. I decide to be grateful because it is a great gift and blessing in my life.
22. To be able to see, walk, talk and use my mind. Many other’s don’t have this blessing, but I do. Thank you so much that I have all my faculties, Lord. Thanks for my body and the abundant health I can possess at any moment. Thanks for this. I am grateful and decide to be grateful for it.
23. Thank you for the time I went to Tenerife with my family and practised a lot of yoga. I really enjoyed the good feelings of being without negatives in my life such as smoking and enjoying the health and benefits of practising yoga. Thank you for the sun and warmth and generosity of my parents in taking me on holiday there.
24. Thank you that my wife is still with me despite some selfish and thoughtless actions and behaviour. Thank you that she is finding her happiness and support in the community and that she can be ok with herself now.
25. Thank you for the paintings I have bought and hung up in my house. Thank you that they inspire peace, relaxation and abundant thinking. Thank you in advance for goodness in the future.
26. I am grateful to live in a Western developed country that is at peace. I am happy that I can help others through the blessings I have received and through the way in which my country educates it’s people. I am grateful to be the nationality that I am.
